¼ Big Onion | |

1 Big Red Chilli | |
½ cup Minced Chicken | |
2 tbsp Chilli Sauce | |
3 tbsp Tomato Sauce | |
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce | |
1 tsp Salt | |
¼ cup Water | |
½ tbsp Spring Onion | |
½ cup Mixed Vegetables (Frozen) | |
Ingredients for Omelette: | |
¼ Big Onion | |
1 clove Garlic | |
3 eggs (M/L) | |
½ cup Minced Chicken | |
2 tbsp Mayonnaise | |
½ tsp Pepper | |
½ Salt | |
½ tbsp Spring Onion (to garnish) |
Instructions
- For topping: Heat a little oil in a wok, add in the onions and garlic and fry til lightly browned Then add in the chilli, chicken, sauces, water, salt, peper and the spring onions - cook for about 5 minutes until all cooked through then take off the heat and set aside.
- For Omelette : 1. Crack the eggs and whisk them well in a bowl, then add it in the onions, garlic, chicken, mayonnaise, salt & pepper. 2. Heat up more oil in the wok, when it’s hot pour in the egg mixture and allow it to cook (flip over if you prefer) 3. When browned take it off the heat and serve it with the topping. Then sprinkle chopped spring onions to garnish
