Stir Fried Veg & Prawns
Great option for a quick seafood and vegetable dish to make during busy weekday. It only takes 20 minutes yet it’s so full of flavour! Keep this in mind for those hectic days

Ingredients
150 g Prawns | |
2 tbsp Cooking oil | |
7 Shallots | |
2 cloves Garlic | |
1 Big Red Chilli | |
1 tsp Salt | |
1 tsp Chicken stock | |
1 tsp White pepper | |
1 tsp Oyster sauce | |
½ cup Water | |
½ Carrot | |
1 cup Cauliflower | |
1 cup Green Beans |
Instructions
- Slice and cut all vegetables
- In a pan or wok add the cooking oil, shallots, garlic and red pepper. Fry for a few minutes.
- Add the carrot, green beans and cauliflower & cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add the oyster sauce and water mixed together and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add the white pepper, salt, and chicken stock and give it a stir before adding the prawns. Cook another 5 minutes and serve.
