Ingredients

 150 g Prawns
 2 tbsp Cooking oil
 7 Shallots
 2 cloves Garlic
 1 Big Red Chilli
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Chicken stock
 1 tsp White pepper
 1 tsp Oyster sauce
 ½ cup Water
 ½ Carrot
 1 cup Cauliflower
 1 cup Green Beans

Instructions

  1. Slice and cut all vegetables
  2. In a pan or wok add the cooking oil, shallots, garlic and red pepper. Fry for a few minutes.
  3. Add the carrot, green beans and cauliflower & cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add the oyster sauce and water mixed together and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Add the white pepper, salt, and chicken stock and give it a stir before adding the prawns. Cook another 5 minutes and serve.
