Stir Fried Bok Choy
Stir Fried Bok Choy or Pok Choi is a type of Chinese cabbage that’s just great vegetable to stir fry. It’s green goodness is Sedap & tasty when paired with the Salted fish, which you could substitute for anchovies or dried Prawns. Easy to make and perfect to enjoy on it’s own or with a little bowl of rice.

Ingredients
1 Onion | |
2 cloves Garlic | |
2 Big Red Chillies | |
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce | |
1 tsp Fish sauce | |
50g Salted Fish | |
250g Bok Choy |
Instructions
- Heat up a little oil in a wok and then add in the Salted Fish, fry until lightly brown
- Then add in the garlic, chillies, onion, oyster sauce & fish sauce and fry for 2 mins
- Add the bottom stems of the bok choy into the wok first & stir constantly
- Then finally add in the leaves last into the wok for 1 minute
