Ingredients
4 Chicken Wings | |
1 tsp Ground Pepper | |
2 tsp Turmeric Powder | |
3 tsp Chilli Powder | |
1 tsp Salt | |
1 tsp Cumin Seeds | |
2 tsp Potato Flour | |
Vegetable Oil |
Instructions
- Wash, clean and dry (with kitchen tissue) the chicken wings
- Add all ingredients to the chicken to marinate
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet to medium heat
- Fry the chicken until golden brown (5-7mins), turning them regularly.
