This super quick and easy recipe is a great dish to serve or bring to that pot-luck party, or even just to indulge on your own on the sofa! Adjust the spice-factor by adding or reducing the chilli powder according to your preference.
|4 Chicken Wings|
|1 tsp Ground Pepper|
|2 tsp Turmeric Powder|
|3 tsp Chilli Powder|
|1 tsp Salt|
|1 tsp Cumin Seeds|
|2 tsp Potato Flour|
- Wash, clean and dry (with kitchen tissue) the chicken wings
- Add all ingredients to the chicken to marinate
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet to medium heat
- Fry the chicken until golden brown (5-7mins), turning them regularly.
