Ingredients

4 Chicken Wings
1 tsp Ground Pepper
2 tsp Turmeric Powder
3 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tsp Potato Flour
 Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and dry (with kitchen tissue) the chicken wings
  2. Add all ingredients to the chicken to marinate
  3. Heat oil in a wok or skillet to medium heat
  4. Fry the chicken until golden brown (5-7mins), turning them regularly.
