Ingredients

½ cup Sos 3 Rasa Mahsuri
½ tbsp Corn Flour
½ cup Water
1 medium Onion (wedged)
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 Bell Pepper (chopped)
1 Carrot (sliced)
1 Tomato (quartered)
600g Squid (cut in rings)
2 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Cooking Oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Mahsuri 3 Rasa Sauce, corn flour and water. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat add oil add onion, garlic, bell pepper and carrot cook until just tender; about 5 minutes.
  3. Add in sauce mixture until sauce thickens.
  4. Add squid, brown sugar and tomato. Mix well.
  5. Serve over a bed of rice.
