Ingredients
½ cup Sos 3 Rasa Mahsuri | |
½ tbsp Corn Flour | |
½ cup Water | |
1 medium Onion (wedged) | |
3 cloves Garlic (minced) | |
1 Bell Pepper (chopped) | |
1 Carrot (sliced) | |
1 Tomato (quartered) | |
600g Squid (cut in rings) | |
2 tsp Brown Sugar | |
1 tbsp Cooking Oil |
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Mahsuri 3 Rasa Sauce, corn flour and water. Set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat add oil add onion, garlic, bell pepper and carrot cook until just tender; about 5 minutes.
- Add in sauce mixture until sauce thickens.
- Add squid, brown sugar and tomato. Mix well.
- Serve over a bed of rice.
