Ingredients
2 cups Evaporated Milk | |
2 tbsp Custard Flour | |
2 cups Water | |
3/4 cup Sugar | |
10g Agar Agar Powder | |
2 Eggs (beaten) | |
3 tbsp Butter (melted) | |
1/2 tsp Salt | |
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence | |
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder |
Instructions
- Firstly mix the evaporated milk & custard flour in a bowl, stir well and set aside.
- Add water, sugar and agar agar powder in a pot, stir and then let it boil.
- Once it has boiled, add the milk and custard flour mixture into the pot and stir.
- Then add the eggs, butter, salt and vanilla essence, stirring well until it boils again, and then remove the pot from heat.
- Divide the mixture equally into two bowls - leave one bowl as it is, and in the other bowl, add cocoa powder. Stir until the cocoa powder is well mixed in.
- In a pan/glass container, gently pour a small amount of the white pudding mix in the center, then pour in the chocolate pudding mix. Keep doing this alternately until all the mixture is finished.
- Using a satay stick (or toothpick), poke into the pudding pulling the stick gently from center to corners to make a marbled pattern.
- Leave the pudding to cool in a fridge for about one hour, or until it has fully set.
