|3 Ripe Bananas|
|250g Plain Flour|
|1 1/2 Tsb Baking Powder|
|320ml Soda Water (1 can)|
- Peel the bananas and cut into bite-size.
- In a large bowl, combine the plain flour, baking soda, egg, and one tin of cold soda water. Mix until smooth. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In a wok, add the cooking oil. Coat the bananas with the batter and slowly drop in the wok. Fry until golden brown.
