Ingredients

3 Ripe Bananas
250g Plain Flour
1 1/2 Tsb Baking Powder
1 Egg
320ml Soda Water (1 can)
 Cooking Oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut into bite-size.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the plain flour, baking soda, egg, and one tin of cold soda water. Mix until smooth. Chill for 15 minutes.
  3. In a wok, add the cooking oil. Coat the bananas with the batter and slowly drop in the wok. Fry until golden brown.
