200g Linguine (or pasta of your choice)
2 Garlic Cloves (sliced)
1 Red Onion (sliced)
1 Chilli Padi (sliced)
1 Big Red Chilli (sliced)
100g Cooked Beef Rendang (MyChef)
100ml Coconut Milk


  1. In a large pot bring water to a boil and drop in the pasta. Cooked for 8 minutes
  2. In a frying pan add the oil, onion, garlic, chilli padi and big red chilli. Fry until fragrant.
  3. Then add the rendang, coconut milk and finally toss in the pasta and mix well.
  4. Serve and garnish with cut kaffir leaves.
