 Frying Ingredients*
2 tbsp Pure Ghee*
1 Cinnamon*
2 Star Anise*
4 Cardamom*
3 Red Onions*
4 Garlic Cloves*
1 Big Tomato*
2 Pandan leaves*
1 kg Basmati Rice
1 L Water
3 tsp Salt
2 tsp Chicken stock
4 tbsp Tomato puree
10 Mint leaves


  1. Fry all the ingredients in *, adding each one gradually, in a pan until fragrant. Keep stirring until cooked. Set aside.
  2. Put rice into a rice cooker
  3. Add the fried mixture from earlier into the cooker and mix
  4. Add all the other ingredients and cook the rice as usual
