Frying Ingredients* | |
2 tbsp Pure Ghee* | |
1 Cinnamon* | |
2 Star Anise* | |
4 Cardamom* | |
3 Red Onions* | |
4 Garlic Cloves* | |
1 Big Tomato* | |
2 Pandan leaves* | |
1 kg Basmati Rice | |
1 L Water | |
3 tsp Salt | |
2 tsp Chicken stock | |
4 tbsp Tomato puree | |
10 Mint leaves |
Instructions
- Fry all the ingredients in *, adding each one gradually, in a pan until fragrant. Keep stirring until cooked. Set aside.
- Put rice into a rice cooker
- Add the fried mixture from earlier into the cooker and mix
- Add all the other ingredients and cook the rice as usual
