Nasi Goreng Sedap

Try this “Quick & Easy” Nasi Goreng for a midnight snack. This Malaysian recipe is one of the easiest and best comfort food ever!

Ingredients

⅓ cup Oil
2 medium Eggs
200 g Beef Strips (or Chicken)
1 long Bean
½ medium Carrot
1 cup Cooked Rice
1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
1 tsp Sesame oil (optional)
1 tbsp Soy Sauce (sweet or salty - your choice)
 Sambal (pounded)
2 cloves Garlic
2 small Onions
1 big Red chilli
1 Chilli Padi
 

Instructions

  1. Pound the ingredients for the sambal in a pestle & mortar
  2. Fry the sambal in the heated oil
  3. Add in the beef & stir fry for one minute
  4. Add in carrots, eggs & stir
  5. Add in the cooked rice stir and mix well
  6. Add in beans, Salt, Soy sauce, Sesame oil (optional).
