Ingredients
⅓ cup Oil | |
2 medium Eggs | |
200 g Beef Strips (or Chicken) | |
1 long Bean | |
½ medium Carrot | |
1 cup Cooked Rice | |
1 tsp Salt (or to taste) | |
1 tsp Sesame oil (optional) | |
1 tbsp Soy Sauce (sweet or salty - your choice) | |
Sambal (pounded) | |
2 cloves Garlic | |
2 small Onions | |
1 big Red chilli | |
1 Chilli Padi | |
Instructions
- Pound the ingredients for the sambal in a pestle & mortar
- Fry the sambal in the heated oil
- Add in the beef & stir fry for one minute
- Add in carrots, eggs & stir
- Add in the cooked rice stir and mix well
- Add in beans, Salt, Soy sauce, Sesame oil (optional).
