Ingredients
300g egg noodles - blanched in boiled water for 2 mins | |
2 Shallots/ Red onion for Blended paste | |
1 tbsp Garlic blended garlic paste | |
2 Dried chilli | |
1 tbsp - Belacan | |
1 tsp - Sugar | |
4 tbsp – crushed Peanuts | |
2 Sweet soy sauce - tbspoon | |
2 Dark soy sauce - tbspoon | |
2 Tomato ketchup – tbspoon | |
1 Green chilli – chopped | |
1 Chicken Breast - cut into pieces. | |
6 prawns – cleaned and body peeled | |
2 fluffy tofu - chopped | |
1 potato or yam - boiled and chopped into pieces | |
1 egg - scrambled | |
1 cup - chopped greens of your choice. Either Spinach or Mustard leaf Season to taste with salt, sugar & pepper. | |

Instructions
- Blend shallots & garlic paste in a food processor. Add some water and some oil to blend well.
- Heat a wok over medium-low heat. Drizzle in 2 tbs of oil and add the the paste. Add both soy sauces and the meat and stir fry for 3-4 mins until the meat is cooked through.
- Add the noodles and Tofu. Stir fry for 30 seconds, then push the mixture to one side of the wok.
- Drizzle 1 tsp. of oil and scramble an egg in the space you've created in the pan. Add the bean sprouts and toss all ingredients together over the heat.
- Serve with sliced Lime.
