SedapTV Lempeng Pisang (Banana Pancakes) would most definitely be the best start of your weekend! This traditional Malaysian pancake is a little chewy on the outside and moist on inside. But you don’t have to it for breakfast, it’s a wonderful tea time treat too!
Serve with your favourite topping… Coconut, cheese, chocolate or even fruits 😋
|6 Ripe Bananas|
|2 cups of wheat flour|
|½ tsp of salt|
|3 tbs sugar|
|1 cup of Grated Coconut|
|1½ cups Coconut Milk|
- Mash the Bananas then add in the wheat flour, salt, sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Add the grated coconut, coconut milk and stir until all well combined. (if too watery add a little more flour)
- Use a large spoon and pour the mixture onto a greased pan. Use a pandan leaf if you have one for a little extra flavour.
- Cook on both sides until lightly browned.
