Kuih Lepat Pisang

Ingredients
3 Banana (200g) | |
80g Plain Flour | |
80g Sugar | |
50g Shredded Coconut | |
8 Banana leaves (20cmx20cm) |
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the banana lightly then add the flour, sugar, and shredded coconut (add 1/4 tsp salt if preferred), then stir until well combined.
- Take a banana leaf, put 1 tablespoon of the banana batter in the centre. Fold both sides of the leaf and then the two ends of the leaf to seal the mixture.
- Steam the small parcels at high heat for about 10-15 minutes.
