3 Banana (200g)
80g Plain Flour
80g Sugar
50g Shredded Coconut
8 Banana leaves (20cmx20cm)


  1. In a bowl, mash the banana lightly then add the flour, sugar, and shredded coconut (add 1/4 tsp salt if preferred), then stir until well combined.
  2. Take a banana leaf, put 1 tablespoon of the banana batter in the centre. Fold both sides of the leaf and then the two ends of the leaf to seal the mixture.
  3. Steam the small parcels at high heat for about 10-15 minutes.
