1 ¼ Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 ½ Cup Coconut Milk
1 Cup Water
⅛ tsp Salt
½ tsp Yellow Food Colouring
2 Tbsp  Margarine (melted)
2 Cups Wheat Flour
1 Tin Creamed Corn
2 Tbsp White Sesame Seeds


  1. Mix the sugar and eggs together in a bowl.
  2. Then add in the coconut milk, water, salt, yellow colouring & margarine and mix well.
  3. Gradually add in the wheat flour until it is all well mixed and not lumpy.
  4. Add in the creamed corn to the bowl and stir in gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into a lined tray and bake it in a preheated oven at 180deg C for about 1hr, or until the top is lightly brown.
  6. Wait for it to cool down before cutting and serving.
