Ingredients
1 ¼ Cup Sugar | |
2 Eggs | |
1 ½ Cup Coconut Milk | |
1 Cup Water | |
⅛ tsp Salt | |
½ tsp Yellow Food Colouring | |
2 Tbsp Margarine (melted) | |
2 Cups Wheat Flour | |
1 Tin Creamed Corn | |
2 Tbsp White Sesame Seeds |
Instructions
- Mix the sugar and eggs together in a bowl.
- Then add in the coconut milk, water, salt, yellow colouring & margarine and mix well.
- Gradually add in the wheat flour until it is all well mixed and not lumpy.
- Add in the creamed corn to the bowl and stir in gently.
- Pour the mixture into a lined tray and bake it in a preheated oven at 180deg C for about 1hr, or until the top is lightly brown.
- Wait for it to cool down before cutting and serving.
