This veggie stir fry is often found on many Asian dinner tables because it’s so easy to put together and it complements many other dishes. Within just 10 minutes, this dish can be made quickly even on your busiest day!
|300g Kailan (cut stems from leaves)|
|30g Ikan Bilis|
|2 tbsp Cooking oil|
|3 cloves Garlic|
|1 Red Chilli Padi (chopped)|
|1 Green Chilli Padi (chopped)|
|1 Big Red Chilli (chopped)|
|2 Small Red Onions (chopped)|
|1 tbsp Oyster Sauce|
|½ cup water|
- Heat the oil in a wok and then add ikan bilis, onion, garlic, chillies, stems of kailan, oyster sauce and water - cook for 3 mins, stirring constantly.
- Then add in the Kailan leaves and cook for another 2 mins.
