Ingredients

6/7 Chicken Wings
6 Dried Chillies
8 Cloves Garlic
3 Chilli Sauce
3 Tbsp Vinegar
2 Tbsp Palm Sugar (or Brown Sugar)
3 Tsp Salt
1 Inch Tumeric (Fresh)
1 Tbsp Mixed Italian Herbs
¼ Cup Oil

Instructions

  1. Chop up and blend the following ingredients: Dried Chillies, Garlic, Chilli Sauce, Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, and Turmeric.
  2. In a bowl, add the blended mix and mixed herbs together, then marinade all the chicken wings for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat up the oil in a wok, and fry the chicken on both sides til cooked through.
