Ingredients

500g Chicken Drummettes
1 Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Ground Pepper
2 Eggs
3 Tbsp Self Raising Flour
3 Tbsp Potato Starch
1 Tsp Baking Powder
 Sauce Ingredients:
4 Cloves Garlic
3 Tbsp Soya Sauce
5 Tbsp Honey
1Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp Water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, put in the chicken drummettes, add the salt and pepper, and coat well. Then add the beaten eggs and again coat well and set aside.

  2. In a large clean bowl, put in the self-raising flour, potato starch, and baking powder. Mix well.

  3. Add the coated chicken to the flour mixture and cover. Then deep fry until the chicken is golden brown and well cooked.

  4. Prepare the sauce in a wok by adding the butter, garlic, and fry until fragrant. Then add the soya sauce, water, brown sugar, honey and mix well.

  5. Add the fried chicken into the wok and combine it with the sauce.

  6. Top with sesame seeds and serve.
