Fried Bitter Gourd

Ingredients
3 tbsp Rice flour | |
1½ tsp Turmeric | |
2 tsp Garam Masala | |
3 tsp Curry Powder | |
3 tbsp Besan Flour (Gram Dhall) | |
2 (Large) Bitter Gourd | |
2 tsp Salt | |
1 Lemon | |
4-5 cups Cooking Oil |
Instructions
- Cut the bitter gourd in thin slices and put into a large mixing bowl
- Add the Dhall flour, rice flour, curry powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and lemon juice and mix well
- Add the cooking oil to the wok and heat up, then slowly put the battered bitter gourd into the wok and fry until they are crispy.
- Remove from the wok and then drain on some kitchen paper before serving.
