Here is another variation of the #Dalgona trend. If you’re not a big fan of coffee, or the kids wanna have a go at making it, here’s a great version which we highly recommend. Have a little patience when whipping, but make sure not to over whip it too. Drink it ice cold or hot, either way, you’re going to want more!!
|2 tbsp Milo (not 3-in-1)|
|2 tbsp Cane Sugar (or white sugar if you prefer)|
|2 tbsp Hot Water|
|¼ Cup Whipping Cream|
|1 Glass Milk (cold or warm)|
- Add the Milo, sugar, and hot water in a bowl and mix until it has all dissolved, and set aside the mixture.
- In another mixing bowl (chilled) add whipping cream (chilled) and whisk using an electric whisk for about 5 mins. or until fluffy with soft peaks.
- Fold in the Milo mixture gently into the cream.
- Fill a glass with ice and some milk (or some warm milk if you prefer), and top it off with the creamy milo mixture.
- Drink immediately.
