Dalgona Milo

Here is another variation of the #Dalgona trend. If you’re not a big fan of coffee, or the kids wanna have a go at making it, here’s a great version which we highly recommend. Have a little patience when whipping, but make sure not to over whip it too. Drink it ice cold or hot, either way, you’re going to want more!!

Ingredients

2 tbsp Milo (not 3-in-1)
2 tbsp Cane Sugar (or white sugar if you prefer)
2 tbsp Hot Water
¼ Cup Whipping Cream
1 Glass Milk (cold or warm)

Instructions

  1. Add the Milo, sugar, and hot water in a bowl and mix until it has all dissolved, and set aside the mixture.
  2. In another mixing bowl (chilled) add whipping cream (chilled) and whisk using an electric whisk for about 5 mins. or until fluffy with soft peaks.
  3. Fold in the Milo mixture gently into the cream.
  4. Fill a glass with ice and some milk (or some warm milk if you prefer), and top it off with the creamy milo mixture.
  5. Drink immediately.
