2 Tbsp Instant Black Coffee
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Hot Water
1 cup Milk (low fat, regular or lactose free)


  1. In a mixing bowl, add coffee, sugar, and hot water each 1 tbsp at a time then mix. Add the 2nd tbsp of each and mix again until all has melted.
  2. Using a hand mixer, at lowest speed mix until all the coffee and sugar have dissolved.
  3. Increase the speed to the highest setting and mix for 3-4 mins, until soft peaks form.
  4. Spoon the foam and add it to the top of the cup of milk.

You can also use decaf coffee. Any leftover coffee mix, and be kept in the refrigerator for a few days.

For a HOT Dalgona Coffee, warm up your cup of milk first before adding the coffee foam on top.
