These fritters are just Sedap!! Cut, mix it up and fry. Easiest thing to put together with whatever vegetables you have or prefer. Just try not to finish it all in one sitting!!

Ingredients
1 cup Dried Anchovies | |
½ Carrot (julienne) | |
2 Spring Onions (cut 2 inch long) | |
½ Big Red Onions (sliced) | |
2 Big Red Chillies (sliced) | |
½ cup Taugeh (remove tails) | |
500g Plain Flour | |
100g Rice Flour | |
½ tbsp Salt | |
½ tbsp Pepper | |
1 tsp Baking Powder | |
3 cups Water |
Instructions
- Wash and prepare the vegetables as above (or cut as preferred)
- Mix all the other ingredients together in a large bowl then add in water gradually, & stir until it’s smooth
- Heat some oil in a wok and spoon the mixture into the oil, fry until they are golden brown
- Serve with your favourite chili sauce.
