Ingredients

5 Cups Cornflakes
1 1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
100g Butter
100g Palm Sugar (Gula Melaka)
1 Pandan Leaf

Instructions

  1. In a small pot melt the butter on low heat
  2. Then put in the palm sugar, brown sugar & knotted pandan leaf and stir gently until all melted.
  3. In a large bowl pour in the corn flakes and gradually add in the sugar mixture gently stirring (be careful not to crush the cornflakes too much).
  4. Put scoops of the mixture into small paper cups, place them onto a tray then bake in an oven (preheated to 150deg C) for about 10-15mins.
  5. Allow them to cook then serve or keep them in an airtight container to keep them fresh and crunchy.
