Ingredients
800g Bananas (Emas/Berangan) | |
1 cup Wheat Flour (or Plain Flour) | |
½ cup Grated Coconut | |
½ cup Sugar | |
1 tsp Baking powder |
Instructions
- Mash all the bananas in a bowl.
- Add the flour, grated coconut, sugar and baking powder.
- Stir and mix well until well combined.
- Heat up some oil in a wok and carefully spoon the mixture into the oil.
- Remove from the wok when they are a nice brown colour, careful not to burn them.
Make sure to use very ripe bananas.
