Ingredients

800g Bananas (Emas/Berangan)
1 cup Wheat Flour (or Plain Flour)
½ cup Grated Coconut
½ cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mash all the bananas in a bowl.
  2. Add the flour, grated coconut, sugar and baking powder.
  3. Stir and mix well until well combined.
  4. Heat up some oil in a wok and carefully spoon the mixture into the oil.
  5. Remove from the wok when they are a nice brown colour, careful not to burn them.

Make sure to use very ripe bananas.
