1 Yam (purple)
1 Turnip
2 Sweet Potatoes (purple & orange)
400 ml Coconut Milk
2 Pandan Leaves
1 cup Water
150 g Granulated Sugar
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sago Pearls


  1. Peel and cut the yams, carrots and sweet potatoes into small cubes
  2. Boil the coconut milk with pandan leaves in water for 5 minutes
  3. Add salt, sugar and sago pearls
  4. Add in yams, turnip and sweet potatoes and bring to boil for 20 minutes
  5. Serve
