|1 cup Green Beans (pre-soaked for 1 hr)|
|1/2 cup Sugar|
|100g Gula Melaka|
|200ml Coconut milk|
|2 Pandan leaves|
- Pre-soak the beans in water for 1hr.
- Drain the beans then boil them in a pot of clean water for about 30 minutes,until they soften (add water if it becomes too dry)
- Add the Gula Melaka, sugar & knotted pandan leaves into the pot and stir until the sugar has melted.
- Then add the coconut milk, stir again and cook for another 10 minutes.
