 4 pcs Lamb Chop
 3 cloves Garlic (grated)
 1 inch Ginger (grated)
 1 cup Mahsuri Black Pepper Sauce
 1 tsp Olive Oil
 3 stalks Fresh Rosemary
 2 tbsp Butter
 1 large Onion (finely chopped)
 4 tbsp Plain Flour
 4 tbsp Sos Lada Hitam Mahsuri
 2 cups Water


  1. In a bowl, marinate the lamb with garlic, ginger, olive oil and ½ cup Mahsuri Black Pepper Sauce. Set aside for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat up a pan to medium heat & cook the lamb with rosemary stalks for 3 mins on each side. Set aside.
  3. To make the gravy, in the same pan, melt the butter & fry onions until fragrant then add plain flour, ½ cup Mahsuri Black Pepper Sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add in the water and stir until the sauce thickens, then pour onto lamb to serve.
