Ingredients
4 pcs Lamb Chop | |
3 cloves Garlic (grated) | |
1 inch Ginger (grated) | |
1 cup Mahsuri Black Pepper Sauce | |
1 tsp Olive Oil | |
3 stalks Fresh Rosemary | |
2 tbsp Butter | |
1 large Onion (finely chopped) | |
4 tbsp Plain Flour | |
4 tbsp Sos Lada Hitam Mahsuri | |
2 cups Water |
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the lamb with garlic, ginger, olive oil and ½ cup Mahsuri Black Pepper Sauce. Set aside for at least 1 hour.
- Heat up a pan to medium heat & cook the lamb with rosemary stalks for 3 mins on each side. Set aside.
- To make the gravy, in the same pan, melt the butter & fry onions until fragrant then add plain flour, ½ cup Mahsuri Black Pepper Sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add in the water and stir until the sauce thickens, then pour onto lamb to serve.
