|4 pcs Lamb Chop|
|3 cloves Garlic (grated)|
|1 inch Ginger (grated)|
|1 cup Mahsuri Black Pepper Sauce|
|1 tsp Olive Oil|
|3 stalks Fresh Rosemary|
|2 tbsp Butter|
|1 large Onion (finely chopped)|
|4 tbsp Plain Flour|
|4 tbsp Sos Lada Hitam Mahsuri|
|2 cups Water|
- In a bowl, marinate the lamb with garlic, ginger, olive oil and ½ cup Mahsuri Black Pepper Sauce. Set aside for at least 1 hour.
- Heat up a pan to medium heat & cook the lamb with rosemary stalks for 3 mins on each side. Set aside.
- To make the gravy, in the same pan, melt the butter & fry onions until fragrant then add plain flour, ½ cup Mahsuri Black Pepper Sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add in the water and stir until the sauce thickens, then pour onto lamb to serve.
