100 g Shallots
8 cloves  of Garlic
750 g  Potato (peeled & cut into quarters)
250 g Ground beef (*optional to make with chicken or vegetarian without any meat)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Chicken stock
½ cup Coriander
½ cup Spring onion
2 cups Panko Bread crumbs
4 Eggs


  1. Blend together the shallots and garlic, and set aside
  2. Fry blended mix in a pan until lightly browned
  3. Cut and peel the potato then add oil to a wok and fry until golden brown
  4. Removepotato&putintoabowl, let cool and then mash until smooth together with a fried blended mix
  5. Combine beef, chicken stalk, salt, pepper, panko bread crumbs, 2 eggs, spring onion and coriander into potato mixture and mix together
  6. Roll beef and potato mixture into small patties
  7. Beat two eggs in a bowl
  8. Put each patty into the egg mixture and fry until golden brown.
