Ingredients
½ kg Ladies Fingers | |
1 Red Onion | |
3 cloves Garlic (pounded) | |
2 Dried Chilies | |
6 Dried Anchovies | |
1 Curry leaf stem | |
1 cup Water | |
3 tbsp Grated coconut | |
1 tbsp Cumin seeds | |
1 tsp Salt (or to taste) |
Instructions
- Pound grated coconut with cumin seeds
- In a wok, heat up oil and add red onion, pounded garlic, dried anchovies, dried chilli and curry leaf. Fry until golden brown.
- Add sliced lady’s finger, add salt
- Stir for 3 minutes, add in pounded coconut mixture
- Add ¼ water
- Cook for additional 4 minutes
- Plate and serve
