Ingredients
1 tbsp Cooking Oil (Sauce) | |
1 Shallot (chopped) (Sauce) | |
4 tbsp Sos 3 Rasa Mahsuri (Sauce) | |
500g Ground Beef | |
2 cloves Garlic (minced) | |
1 stalk Coriander (minced) | |
1 tbsp Sos 3 Rasa Mahsuri | |
1 cup Breadcrumbs | |
1 Egg (lightly beaten) | |
1/2 tsp Allspice | |
2 tbsp Olive OIl |
Instructions
- Sauce: 1. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, add the cooking oil & saute shallot until fragrant. 2. Add Sos 3 Rasa Mahsuri. Lower the heat & allow to simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
- Meatball: 1. In a large mixing bowl, add the ground lamb or beef, garlic, allspice, coriander, breadcrumbs & egg. Mix lightly to incorporate all ingredients. Add Sos 3 Rasa Mahsuri and mix again. Form mixture into small meatballs. 2. In a large frying pan over medium-high, add olive oil. Add meatballs and fry, turning often to brown all over, about 5-7 minutes (cook meatballs in batches if your pan is too small). 3. Drizzle with the sauce just before serving.
