Ingredients

2 Thighs Chicken
4 cloves Garlic (whole remove skin)
1 small Carrot (julienne)
1 Tomato (quartered)
1 Spring Onion (cut 2 inch)
1 stalk Coriander Leaves (use leaves)
4 Dried Chillies (cut 2 inch)
6 inch Ginger (3 inch julienne & 3 inch pounded)
3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
¼ tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Wash, cut and prepare all the vegetables accordingly
  2. Wash, dry (with a towel/tissue) chicken thighs then cut into small pieces
  3. Marinate the chicken with the pounded ginger and oyster sauce, set aside for 10mins
  4. Place the chicken in a bowl inside the steamer, then add all the other ingredients.
  5. Steam for 20mins.
