Ingredients
2 Avocado (ripe, pitted & peeled)
¼ cup Red Bell Pepper (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Red Onion (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Lime Juice | |
3 tbsp Coriander Leaf (chopped)
1 ½ tsp Garlic (minced) | |
2 tsp Ginger Paste | |
2 tsp Lemongrass Paste | |
2 tsp Sesame Oil | |
1 tsp Black Sesame Seeds |
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients except for the avocados in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Keep half of the black sesame seeds aside for garnish later. Stir and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Put the avocados in a separate bowl and break into smaller chunks with a fork (or you can use a potato masher if you have it). Continue mashing until it reaches your desired consistency. If you prefer a chunky guacamole, don't mash it down too much.
- Add the previously mixed ingredients to the mashed avocados & mix well. Spoon the guacamole into a serving bowl and sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds.
