Air Fried Barramundi
Barramundi (Ikan Siakap) cooked in a lightly spiced lime juice, is a fabulously healthy dish, and very high in protein. Using an airfryer also keeps this dish low in calories as we didn’t use any oil at all in this recipe. You can also make a baked or steamed fish with the same ingredients but wrapping it lightly in some foil or banana leaf.
