3 Layer Tea
Layers of goodness with this drink which is a crowd favourite 🤤😍 this recipe simply combines palm sugar, black tea & evaporated milk and due to the density of each layer, they maintain separate layers of different colours until stirred. It’s as easy as 1..2..3 to make and you can adjust the sweetness/type of milk to your liking!

Ingredients
¼ cup Water | |
150 g Palm Sugar | |
1 Pandan Leaf | |
3 Black Tea Bags | |
½ cup Evaporated Milk | |
Ice Cubes |
Instructions
- In a small pan add the water and palm sugar. On low heat, stir well and add the pandan leaf until the sugar is dissolved.
- At the same time take 3 black tea bags and put in a cup then add hot water. Wait until fully brewed.
- In a glass of your choice, first pour the palm sugar then add the ice cubes to the rim. Add the evaporated milk ¾ way of the glass. Finish by slowly pouring the tea as your third layer. #sosimplesosedap Enjoy!
