However, the vast amount of white space has caused some features to be buried; the homepage gives you quick shortcuts to run scans or turn on the VPN for instance as well as hyperlinks to a few non-essential tools for optimisation of your system however, the majority of the features are hidden in the Explore tab. Installation is simple and straightforward, and there’s no pressure to upgrade. However, the initial scan will highlight the more complicated issues that need to be addressed with a premium subscription. This is a concern that Which? raised in its 2020 report.
